When is Lore & Luster 2027?

Lore & Luster will take place April 10–11, 2027.

Where is the event being held?

Lore & Luster 2027 will be hosted at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center in Tacoma, Washington.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes. All attendees must have a valid ticket to enter the convention

Are tickets required for children?

Children are absolutely welcome at Lore & Luster. Attendees 16 and older require a paid ticket

We strongly encourage securing a free child ticket for younger attendees to ensure accurate capacity and a smooth check-in experience

What is your refund policy?

Refunds for convention tickets, bundles and ball tickets are available up to 14 days prior to the event. After this point in time (March 27, 2027), Lore & Luster reserves the right to deny refunds at their sole discretion.

What is your ticket transfer policy?

Tickets for daytime convention activities may be transferred between attendees at the discretion of Lore and Luster. To initiate a transfer, please contact us directly at loreandluster@shelfindulgence.store.

Please note that Romantasy Ball tickets are non-transferable. Any exceptions will be considered solely at the organizer’s discretion and require a signed waiver from the transferring attendee.

Parking and Transportation

Is parking available at the Convention Center?

Yes. The Greater Tacoma Convention Center offers on-site paid parking garages as well as nearby lots.

Is there free parking?

There is limited free street parking in the surrounding downtown area, though availability is not guaranteed - especially during peak event hours.

What do you recommend?

We recommend:

  • Arriving early for best parking availability
  • Using the Convention Center garage for convenience
  • Carpooling or rideshare when possible

Cosplay and Attire

Is cosplay allowed?

Traditional cosplay is not permitted at Lore & Luster.

What is allowed?

We welcome character-inspired outfits (Disney Bounding)—looks that capture the essence of a character without being a full replica costume. View more information HERE

Are there restrictions?

Yes. The following are not allowed:

  • Full replica costumes
  • Weapons or large props
  • Masks that obscure identity
  • Oversized pieces that impact crowd flow

We encourage attire that feels immersive, romantic, and aligned with the Lore & Luster world.
